The Important Stuff

I understand that I will be invoiced for $10.00 to cover my non-refundable application fee.

I understand that the board of directors will consider my application, and if accepted, my membership will take effect on the first day of the subsequent month.

I understand that it is my obligation to pay my dues in the manner prescribed by the board of directors from time to time, and to inform CoAction of any change in my employment status (if it affects my dues level) within 30 days of the change.

I understand that CoAction provides information and support to members, but that CoAction and its representatives do not have the expertise to provide legal advice. Cases will be referred to our lawyer for professional advice based on the policy of the board at that time. I will not hold CoAction liable for advice or statements made to me and by me.

By submitting this on-line application form I agree to abide by the policies and procedures of CoAction as they exist at this time and as they may be changed from time to time. In particular, I agree to the provisions as outlined in the Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct.

I understand that CoAction collects the information on this form to determine my eligibility for membership, deliver high-quality member services, manage CoAction effectively, and fulfill its obligations to members, employees, business partners, and government.
